How to apply the Investors in People standard This book explains the principles of personnel development in a certain organisation. It describes how people thought and acted before and how after many years of development work they think and act now. The book follows the structure of the Investors in People (IIP) standard. It is divided into ten different areas and forty assessment criteria. The content of the book is derived from interviews with different personnel groups in the organisation: leaders, managers, personnel and personnel representatives.
