Jacob's life is full of changes. Besides starting school soon, he is about to become a big brother. Even before his sister is born, Jacob can sense that she is going to need some very special care. At times, Jacob's parents are unable to answer all of Jacob's questions, but fortunately, his grandma is there for him. Together the family ponders how they can best prepare for helping Jacob's disabled sister. Jacob loves his sister Pearl dearly.
