Kavasto, The Spots Of The Leopard

The Rev Eero Kavasto has written a book that thrills on many levels. It is a historically factual book, written as a traditional novel, while also exploring various religious themes. The book discusses the post-World War II aftermath in a way that has not been previously used to connect traditional concentration camp records with personal experience. Eight different Jewish characters in 1947 endure together Dachau concentration camp in the same barracks, where they are tormented during wartime. They overhear that they are considered the dregs of humanity, bacteria to be disposed of. Jewish Christian Sarah makes a new comparison, in which she finds a surprising revelation - Sarah believes that history repeats itself. Christians will be the future bacteria.
